The panelists, all study group veterans, will talk about study group best practices, including how to start one from scratch and how to keep one alive when it’s on life support. On November 1, the MDRT Academy officially launched as an individual membership association and we couldn’t be more excited. For the past three years, we’ve used the Academy’s pilot phase as an opportunity to fine-tune our offering, developing more than 700 articles, videos and podcast episodes, as well as goal tracking tools, in-depth Performance Guides, and our cutting-edge Critical Mindsets. We’re confident that any advisor that aims to reach MDRT-qualifying production in 2022 and beyond will find the resources they need to get to that next level.
Community connections
One of the things that’s most exciting about the MDRT Academy is that it gives advisors the opportunity to connect with others like them — and with long-time MDRT members who can give them tips for reaching higher levels in their careers. The Connect section is the place for advisors to dialogue about challenges in their practices (and MDRT members have been known to chime in with their expert advice!) or to celebrate success together.
Performance Guide palooza
Our Performance Guide library continues to grow! We now have 14 in-depth guides that touch on important areas of the profession, from improving time management to tackling common objections. The newest Performance Guide, “Make joint work work for you,” advises members on working jointly with a more senior advisor, digging into how joint work can help up-and-coming advisors achieve and learn more on the job.
Advisors can join anytime with no deadline. The annual membership fee is $275 and expires on December 31 of each year.
