As two separate offerings, the MDRT Academy and MDRT Mentoring Program have always shared one mission: To help financial advisors reach MDRT. As one unified offering, they are able to better deliver on that mission by creating a more comprehensive and meaningful experience for MDRT-aspiring advisors.
How does this affect your advisors?
- Where: This change will affect mentees in regions where the MDRT Academy is currently available. In 2023, this change will start taking place in additional regions.
- When: Starting Jan. 1, 2022, mentees need to be members of the MDRT Academy to participate in the MDRT Mentoring Program.
- How Mentees can apply: Mentees can apply to become 2022 MDRT Academy members starting Nov. 1, 2021. The application can be accessed and completed at mdrtacademy.org. Membership is annual and runs through Dec. 31.
- Current Mentors don’t need to change the way they have currently been operated within the program.
